About Us

Manville Area Federal Credit Union was originally formed in 1937 to serve the employees of the Johns-Manville factory. We are now happy to serve the entire town of Manville!

Membership Eligibility

You are eligible for membership in Manville Area Federal Credit Union if you meet one or more of the following qualifications:

  • A resident of the Borough of Manville
  • Employed by a company based in Manville
  • Worship in the Borough of Manville
  • Related to a current member of Manville Area Federal Credit Union

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO OPEN AN ACCOUNT

  • Completed Membership Application (link to membership application)
  • Your social security number
  • Two (2) forms of ID (unexpired driver’s license, passport, military ID or state-issued ID) and proof of current address (utility bill or credit card bill)
  • $25 to open a savings account. The $25 opening deposit is your ownership stake in MAFCU. Credit Unions are member-owned cooperatives- you become a shareholder when you open your account!
